Customer Engagement Platform for Swiss Life

Together with our partner Swiss Life, we've realized a customer engagement platform that provides advising services to more than half a million people each month. Through this ongoing cooperation, we designed and developed several integration-ready widgets for the Swiss Life websites. For instance, we launched a real estate search portal, a part-time calculator for families, and a central customer inquiry form.

In addition to the conception and development work, we were also responsible for setting up and operating the project's infrastructure. To process the large volume of requests each month, we rely on a cloud-native approach, which allows us to manage the applications in a container infrastructure at any location and scale them automatically.
