Even if you don't have something nice to say, you can always find a nice way to say it! The catch is to try and look from the problem solving perspective and not from criticising your colleague perspective. One other thing that could help you is trying to put yourself in the shoes of another. How could that same criticism be beneficial and not demotivating for you? Think about this! 🤔😊
