Ondalis - Packaging and Product Identity Design

Ondalis is an organic cosmetic brand founded in Italy in 2020. They are committed to delivering high-quality products using 100% natural ingredients with recycled/recyclable packagings in small-sized portions that are perfect for travelling. This environmental, as well as travel-friendly nature, reflects 3 pirates of core values of the brand that are sustainability, mobility and functionality.

We embarked on a complete packaging makeover by adopting the minimalism principle that reflects the core values of the brand, as the foundation of new visual direction, to execute it in minimum yet the most impactful approach in order to emphasise the essence of the products.

Each product packaging features a unique identity that represents the ingredients and/or functionality of the product in a simple illustration. All other elements such as ingredients list and instructions are kept at a minimum volume and placed based on a grid layout. Each product also features only single colour from the terra-cotta palette in total 7 colours which were extracted from the beautiful Murano and Burano Islands in Venice Italy, where the brand was founded.
