Therizo Café x Tap serves some of the best beverages in Denver. Dustin, the gentleman sipping some Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters espresso, started Therizo (a greek word for "reap" or "harvest") to honor the work done by everyone involved in cultivating the amazing crops that are used in making their beverages. Whether it be coffee, tea, beer, or wine – all of these involve a harvest.

The icon symbolizes many of the ideas they hope to embrace as a community. First, a circular outline represents the commonality we all share as human beings and this amazing planet we call home. From the bottom, two lines shoot upwards, symbolizing agricultural growth that is cultivated and harvested by men and women all over the world for them to prepare and enjoy. Finally, the two lines weave together to form the single letter "T", expressing mutuality and interdependence that brings us together for the common good.

Personally, with less than a year under their belt, we think they are excelling in representing their brand with their welcoming staff and consistently tasty coffee presentation.
