During the first month of my UX/UI Design Program at Ironhack Bootcamp Paris , our goal was to focus on researching, and understanding a specific problem through the Design Thinking process. We were working in a group of four students aiming to address a wicked problem and find an overview of a solution using the design thinking process. My group and I we were given a challenge to propose and improvement in customer experience in public hospitals in France. “How might we transform the end-to-end experience in Public Hospitals”— from requesting an appointment with the doctor, to engaging in community initiatives or volunteering.

In this project we analysed the current public hospital end-to-end experience, from the welcome to treatment to exit from the hospital. We have conducted user interviews and surveys to better understand the problems and pain points faced by citizens. As well as a secondary research on the internet regarding subject.
