Square Reserves Dashboard

Square partnered with Underbelly to improve Business Owners' understanding of Reserves, a tool created by Square's Risk Team. The pre-existing Reserves Dashboard was hard to find and didn't show the data that business owners need to stay on top of their expenses. We created a communication-oriented experience that explains all business owners' reserve nuances.

Tiered Reserves are a series of tiers related to a seller's processing that determines the hold rate of funds. It's a complex process that involves lots of numbers and schedules. We utilized hierarchy and emphasized making information glanceable to allow sellers to find the data they need quickly.
