User-friendly Terms and Conditions

Hey there!

Excited to share another Terms and Conditions design. This has been a major focus for me of late because user rights are so often neglected.

It's unfair to require people to read lengthy and detailed terms of service. Each terms of service page should have term summaries + definitions to make them easier to understand. If we take this approach, users may finally understand their rights and feel more comfortable/trusting in our digital products.

I’ve played around with presenting the terms and conditions page in conjunction with term summaries so users can easily scroll through and comprehend the agreement.
