Bow Tie Risk Analysis

Bow Tie Analysis is a powerful technique to analyse and communicate risks across the organisation. For Risk Managers and Risk Officers who want to easily assess, communicate and understand relationships of risks, impacts and controls the Bow Tie functionality is a way of visually capturing, workshopping and representing risks (or missing controls) that can be linked to different core libraries.

We were requested to design a new Visualisation tool to easily create and edit Bow Ties. Visualisation of any risk story should be simple and clean using a new mapping tool to allow customers make effective root cause analysis drive understanding of why the incident happened to prevent the problem from recurring.
