According to BC Search and Rescue Association (SAR), there was an increase of 48% in call-outs over the last year from both experienced and novice backcountry explorers, which made 2020 the busiest search and rescue year in BC SAR history. We are looking for a solution that prioritizes hikers' safety while making it easy to find the best-suited trails.
