Sudden Impact - Photo manipulation

I wanted to create something more dramatic, something like a scene from a movie or a video game and that's how the fun started ...This photomanipulation contains more that 120 layers and I spend more that 13 hours of active work. 

I created this by using one laptop and Wacom tablet.
