CrowdHealth Sign Up

One of the largest parts (and biggest challenges 😅) of the CrowdHealth platform was the in-depth, dynamically changing sign-up process for its prospective members to complete.

The goal was to make the questions clear and easy to answer quickly and accurately. Having a strong design system in place before this step in the design process was also a huge benefit for keeping consistency between all of the screens. 🎉
