The company was seeking to establish a signature illustrative look-&-feel. ConsumerAffairs helps anxious buyers and first-time purchasers make big life decisions, like choosing a mortgage lender and/or home warranty. I wanted the tone of the illustration to be heartwarming, relatable and conversational.
