WIP - new payment page

Work in progress for our new donation page. You can see the old one in the attached files. We really wanted to refresh the look as well as add a sense of feedback to the donation process that would more closely tie the impact of a donation to the action itself.

To accomplish that, we created a feedback mechanism that manifested itself in the form of an 'impact pane' (the blue pane on the right), where you can see what your donation would actually translate into. Adds a sense of liveliness to the page as it responds to your input.

The app is written in a lightweight implementation of Angularjs, using Parse for analytics. It's lightning fast, responsive, and modular (which makes coupling/decoupling wonderfully painless). There's also a snazzy tribute feature that we're developing—shots of that to come.
