Continuing Colonna’s Limited Release Rare series with Lot 7 - an incredibly rare cross-cultivar from Huila, Colombia. It was sourced as part of Qima Coffee’s first project beyond Yemen and an introduction to their new pricing mechanism that aims to create sustainable livelihoods for Colombian smallholders. There is only one route through the maze, telling the story of Qima’s efforts in creating their own pathway into one of the worlds biggest coffee producing countries to discover a unique and exceptional coffee. The design featured holographic foiling to represent Qima’s contribution of years of processing experience that helped add sensorial value to the coffee which has a bright and vibrant flavour profile (swipe to see the final result in print). It’s an exciting start to Qima’s journey into Colombia and a beautiful addition to the LRR series at Colonna.
