Symbol for Christian Self-Disciple Journal

I've been working on a little side project for the better part of a year: building and designing a personal habits journal for Christians to build better self-discipline. This has been a huge growth area for me in recent years, and I wanted to share some of the insights and practices others have passed to me and I pulled together into a useable set of actions. I'm calling it "Enkrateia." That's the Greek word for self-discipline, or to master oneself. I'll be launching on Gumroad sometime next week!
