Medamothi Planum

Medamothi Planum is a composition by Belma Beslic-Gál, named after the medamothi planum, a plain on Neptunes moon Triton. The piece narrates the fictive, never-ending journey of a spaceships crew to medamothi planum. As his diploma project for the Audio Engineer Degree Program at the SAE Institute Vienna, Harald Stojan recorded and mixed the composition and asked me to design the CD packaging, booklet and poster. I decided to create a custom type that is both geometric and ornamental and reflects our perception of outer space.
