Leg Day! - Inspired by my trainer, Darius. I started boxing this year and have lost 62 lbs over the last 6 months. When we are working out he always says "let me get a 20 piece", meaning 20 reps, but it always make me makes me think of chicken. So I thought lets poke fun at that, and showcase the importance of how nutrition plays a huge role in your over all-health.
