Purchase tickets from within the app. Scan your personal QR at the door to access the event. ​Order drinks through the app and skip long lines at the bar. Get notified when they’re ready for pick-up. You’ll get a personal QR code, which you can use to pay for anything in the club or event, including tickets, drinks and tips. You can check your stuff at coat check using your personal QR. No more paper tickets. When it's pick-up time, just scan your QR again and get everything back.

Our Process

Because of the nature of the project, we directly started putting ideas out to get it tested with the users. First we did user testing through usertesting.com and then we moved on to test it one on one with users. We started with the main flow for purchasing ticket for different events and then we proceeded with the remaining features. The development started simultaneously as the flows were designed and tested they were handed over to developers.

The Result

Higher order volumes through impulse orders and more time for waiters to engage with customers. Till date, Grid has been adopted completed by different events!
