The Challenge

Traditional 360 only happens once a year and if we're honest can be a bit of a chore for everyone. Wouldn't it be great, if instead of reviewing past performance the feedback was focused on developing more engaged and capable staff for the future.

Our Process

We started with making personas for the target audience. Have to do a number of meetings with the client to get the correct requirements. 

Once we gather all the required information about the end-user for which we are designing, we started putting our ideas on paper in a way of sketches.

Finally, we put all the sketches into mockups and then put them on the InVision app to make them clickable.

At last, we tested the mockups with the end-users to see if what we have created made sense.

The Result

Listentool is the modern alternative to traditional 360 feedback. It's about more than feedback it's a safe place for the learning conversation creating more engaged and capable organizations.
