Massachusetts

This design combines multiple elements...(1) the outline of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; (2) red and white stripes from the American flag; (3) six stars representing Massachusetts as the sixth state to be admitted to the Union; (4) a pine tree from the Flag of New England, which was the de facto flag of the region in the 17th century.
