User Interface Design: CRM

Task

As a member of our CRM User Adoption Team, my role is to work directly with CRM Implementation Leaders on user interface design / branding, internal communications materials, and overall user experience of the system. 

User interface designs and suggestions were provided to our consultant and internal stakeholders using AdobeXD. 

Some examples:

- Overall layout and branding

- User interface updates and recommendations

- Fast Track Outlook app (used for training)
