Workflow Print Template

New design for a couple of existing prints. Highlighting the payment workflow (1 to 6 steps) and giving more "space" were the main goals. Icons come from the Creative Dash icons set #4 (pencil, person) and #5 (crown, glasses); MyriadPro (regular, semibold and bold). Will be implemented either with BIRT, or Jasper report engine.

A special "video-reversed" font has been forged to simplify the tags creation ("execution date" for instance).
