I feel like I saw a ton of great drama’s this year - new and old. This was tough to pick. What set “Mare” apart was that feeling of “this person is definitely the murderer” after each episode. It felt like every episode ended with a big reveal, a new suspect and new twist in the story. Every character is layered, flawed and just getting by in the rust belt. Kate Winslet is superb. If you haven’t watched it, add it your list immediately.
