The CALM Blog IG Post

This design was made for an LGBTQIA+ mental health blog. The design was published on the official Instagram account to spread awareness on the Asian and Pacific Islander LGBTQIA+ experience.

The target audience was LGBTQIA+ members of GenZ. I used bold, bright, and lifted text with a high contrast overlay. I did this to make the post hard to ignore and eye-catching, since IG and GenZ are fast paced. The colors for the text and shapes were dropped from the overlay effect to ensure consistency. It remains true to the brand by using dark-neon colors, the brand font, and bold images.
