Subscription Dilemma
So I am currently trying to convince one of our clients that keeping list of invoice/ payments in the same page where the subscriber can upgrade, downgrade or cancel their subscriptions is bad for conversion / retention. ( see the Exisiting Payments section on the right here )
I have always felt that if someone is looking to unsubscribe from an online service, reminding them of how much money they have spent during said subscription is not very helpful.
I'd love to have some of you chime in with your opinions on the matter.
