Selling Models

Crowdhouse’s selling platform is expanding and we needed a better way to present Sellers all the experiences we offer to successfully sell their investment property.

In this project I worked closely with our UX Writer (Annemarie Pohl) on a content first approach. We first wrote down all the decisions a user has to make, like it’s a conversation with a sales person.

A user first has to decide whether they want to create a listing and do everything themselves on the online platform - or to get the help from Crowdhouse. When you get help from Crowdhouse, you have to think about which experience you would prefer. This informs the internal teams who will then guide you through the process.

The layout follows the content structure directly, and the main decisions you have to make are emphasised with large iconography as a visual anchor. The content is supported by helpful videos and help channels can be found in the footer (designed by Luca Salce).
