Screen time reduce app
Project brief:
App gives users challenges to reduce and replace unwanted phone screentime. We use behavioral psychology to design a personalized journey where users are empowered to reflect and take immediate action on changing their relationships to their phones, and live more balanced lives.
One category is about reducing screen time using tips and tricks. Examples: Make screen black & white to make it less distracting, move phone charger from the bedside. The other categories are about replacing mindless scrolling with other activities. Examples are: Give compliments to strangers, make an origami, go for a walk in a new neighborhood.
