Mehndi style floral design coloured in gradient

This design is part of my Mehendi Designs collection.

I love making Indian henna body art (mehendi, or mehndi), and this hand-drawn design is inspired by the same. It consists of traditional elements - flowers, paisleys, arches, drops, and beads.

I traced this Sakura pen sketch in Adobe Illustrator and coloured it with gradient instead of my usual monochrome, for the sake of experiment, as I think it lends depth and vibrancy to the drawing. Let me know what you think about it! :)
