CIROC "BUBBLES"

Sometimes the simple things are the hardest to achieve. This was definitely the case with this project. I was tasked with adding CGI glass "bubbles" into a scene shot by food and beverage photographer Rob Grimm. At first blush, it seemed like a simple thing to do... but in reality it was very difficult to achieve. In order for the glass spheres feel like they were in the original shot, I had to build the entire set and props CGI. Working with Rob, we shot a light probe of the studio setup and then I had to build and match all the elements in 3d. The final results created a seemless blend between CGI and photography.
