Violet Crown…

WIP of a nature-based monogram using the letters V & C. The outer circle is the key color and the others are shades of 10% and 40%—an easy way to fake multiple colors using one ink source.

The V & C Letterforms are from Snag, a modern version of Copperplate that works well for display purposes. Snag pairs excellent with Gotham, Montserrat, et. al. due to its legible open geometric proportions.
