Delivery Agent App Case Study | UI/UX

The design focus was to find a way to improve the current delivery process by solving issues that may be encountered while on a delivery. One of the main problems that delivery agents faced was the navigation in the app. The design focused into helping inexperienced delivery agents who worked as “SUPERMARKET ASSISTANTS” improve their efficiency of managing time and delivering orders.
