ChatAja Landing Page
Share my project that I did at the end of last year. ChatAja provides facilities to communicate with anyone, anywhere, and anytime. But unlike other instant messaging services, ChatAja provides various features such as bots, consulting services, and information channels to support all digital activities.
Project Goals
1. Helps increase user acquisition and lower cost-per-acquisition. In the current conditions, the focus of user acquisition is mainly using Facebook and Google platforms, ChatAja has not brought in more users through owned media, especially organic channels.
2. Enable to attract potential users to the features before they click to install. In the current condition, the feature introduction section when the user clicks it will be taken to a new page, not presented directly on the home page.
3. It is possible to engage existing users to the FAQ to find answers to specific questions about ChatAja before they contact customer service directly with their questions.
