Google Thrive: 'T' as person

Thrive is a six month career development coaching program, which pairs up Google employees in more junior roles who identify as Black+ more senior Googlers who serve as mentors. 

This concept transforms the 'T' of Thrive into a person to give a more human approach to the program's branding.
