Google Thrive: Emerging

Thrive is a six month career development coaching program, which pairs up Google employees in more junior roles who identify as Black+ more senior Googlers who serve as mentors. 

Using just type this concept abstractly the concept of a Googler emerging from the many different efforts into one clear and cohesive role.
