Mobile Fly App

Many of those who prefer to travel by plane face a number of difficulties when booking tickets through the mobile app and use a laptop instead. Thus, our goal was to identify all tricky moments when booking tickets via the mobile application and make improvements according to best UX practices.

We started our research from creating User Personas and competitive analysis. Based on that, a screen flow was created to have an overview of the entire scope and to ensure that the booking flow contains as few steps as possible. After that, all our assumptions were tested on the wireframes. 

The design was prepared in calm warm colors that are associated with a pleasant journey on a sunny day.
