Problem

Cloud cost across enterprise companies can be complex and fragmented. Requirements were formed around the research that aggregate cost data is useful in forecasting budgeting and cloud cost related activities and resourcing.

Challenges

Post interviewing CIOs, CFO, IT managers, engineers, and architects and synthesizing the interview research into a presentation for stakeholders it was clear that understanding current and future cloud cost was important but also fragmented. 

Solution

The solution, a dashboard view for operations and for executives that would help them forecast, Monitor and Respond to cost data across their organization. It allows a summarized view at a high level and allows users to drill into details quickly.
