Poster commission for The Avalon, a local theater in Milwaukee, WI, promoting their annual October horror movie programming.

• The Avalon is known for its "starry night ceiling," an atmospheric LED display. This signature element is incorporated into the art. One of the audience members is delighted by a shooting star.

• The audience art is a riff on the classic LIFE photograph, but all skeletons. It's an old photo of an old time with old morals and values which we as a society haven't progressed from far enough. Truly scary.

• The Avalon marquee shape is featured around the top text, albeit a demented version.
