Kiosk Chatbot for Gym

Prompt: Design a chatbot for a gym in Japan. (@Sharpen.design)

Context:

• Japan's gym, Joy

• Gym with sports clubs

• 24 hr. weight room

• Female only activities

User Goals/Needs:

• Personalization/customization

• Education on different workout regimes

• Consider: different types of workouts, various body types, length of workout, etc.

Interface:

• Kiosk

Time Spent: 5 hrs

Starting out my UI design challenge now! As a UX designer I tend to think through context, background, and user needs before anything visual related. Since most of what I focus on in the design process is strategy related, I lack a lot of experience with UI.

Hopefully, sticking with this challenge will help me develop a better eye for UI design as well as help me to mock deliverables up quicker. I'll be treating each day like I'm completing a design challenge for an interview and lock time spent on context/user needs under 10 minutes. I'll also keep track of how long I spend completing each design. (Really hoping to improve here).
