Daily UX Writing Challenge - 14

It was important that the product takes responsibility for the crash while keeping the tone cheeky in a bid to keep the user on the app.

Background

I recently took up the UXWC #UXWriting Challenge to improve my skill sets. In this solo project, a prompt was sent to email daily for 15 days. My approach on arriving at solutions stems from my experience as a user of similar applications, and inspiration from mobile applications which are doing a terrific job at microcopy.

I particularly found the character limitation interesting as it stretched my ability to write concise copy. While I primarily identify as a UX Writer with backgrounds in copywriting and social media marketing, this challenge also gave me an opportunity to put my budding design skills into practice.
