Hotspots

Trying to improve the Niice onboarding experience. Think hotspots may be a good way to explain UI elements that aren't that obvious at first glance, but that make sense when you know what they do (rather than cluttering the UI to increase the affordance).

Tooltip feels a bit plain still, needs some work to make it a bit more visually interesting.
