Simple | CRM system

💪A quite simple but important feature for a CRM system.

Our task was to develop a CRM system to automate the business processes of an insurance company.

We conducted in-depth interviews with the team and found out what features the teams required to work smoothly and efficiently. Users named the kanban board as one of the must-have elements of the interface, which increases productivity significantly. This is realized through visibility and visualization of the ongoing processes.

An advice to UX designers: pay proper attention to kanban board design, it helps streamline daily work.
