Illustration for the poster and book made to commemorate the five years of Malas Impresiones (Misprints). Malas was a zine and self publishing fair that took place in Mérida, México from 2015 to 2020. A book made up from memories, photos and learnings made during the fair was the result of this celebration.

This Illustration represent the basics or fanzine making, stapling, printing, screenprinting. There are elements from the graphic motifs of al the five editions of the fair. The luchador masks from the third one, the gremlin-like creature fron the fourth, the knife-wielding zine from the fifth and the Lab Zine logo from a workshop that never came to be.

It was transformed to a two-color image to be printed in risography as the cover of the book. You can read the book (spanish only) and admire the cover here.
