Would love to share with you a variant of a management tool with functionalities such as organizing, managing, and tracking the activity of your design team, following all processes from the very beginning to the end, on all existing projects. The goal was to develop a clean, simple, and flexible interface, so you can easily get to see the productivity status of employees' work and understand overall progress on a daily basis. Also, there are features such as managing your team's work schedule, planning resources, and handling staff vacations. I believe this approach empowers the whole team to plan and be up to date with clear workflow understanding.
