Mockup: Major League King of Fighters

Ok, now that the formatting has been taken care of, I can really start showing my stuff off on here! But uh, get ready to see a lot of stuff with plenty of negative space. I can't really afford to take the time to rescale everything for Dribbble's weird formatting.

ANYHOW.

You ever notice how a lot of big sports organizations have an three letter acronym name? Y'know, NBA; National Basketball Association. MLB; Major League Baseball. NHL: National Hockey League. So on and so fourth.

You know what else is a three letter acronym that represents a major sports league (being a little tenuous with calling it a sports league even in it's own canon)? KOF; King of Fighters.

So I thought as a fun li'l laff, I'd design an alternate KOF logo ala the NBA and MLB logos. The good ol' red, white and blue with a character doing one of their supers. I chose Kyo for this since he is Mr. KOF, but Terry would've been a close runner up.

And I won't lie: I used art of Kyo from a mobile game he was as a base because I lack those illustration skills to free hand something entirely.
