Runaware - Dashboard and Paths

Runaware is focused on mindful running. The app will teach you how to be conscious about everything while you’re running: your body, your breath, your mind, the world around you. In order to do this, we have created what we call “Mindfulness Paths” that will focus on different mindfulness areas. For example, we have a gratitude path where we have 10 different runs that will help you incorporate gratefulness into your life by being grateful for your body for being able to run, for the nature around you, among other things.

Our main path is called The Runaware path. With each run, we explore a different mindfulness principle, which is why we recommend that all new users start with this path, so they can figure out which principle would they like to focus on next.
