MySejahtera Redesign

Ever since the outbreak of COVID-19, the Government has announced an app called the "MySejahtera" to monitor the pandemic in the country and allow users to assess their health risk against COVID-19. While we think the app is helpful, we've also tried to come up with even better solutions to the existing problems of MySejahtera. We've attempted to design few other approaches that are much more flexible, easy to understand and that can be used for the general audiences.

The Process

We've started off with research, identify and understand the existing problems of MySejahtera. Once we've gathered enough information, we started to categorize the collected information and narrow down the direction that we wanted to go for. Then, we took the time to examine and explore multiple ways to reach the preferred goals based on the discovery and finally, we've come to a conclusion of our finalized approaches.

The Goal

We aim to speed up and improve the user experience so that everyone is able to travel anywhere and everywhere with a hassle free experience. Striving to create an official identity and develop consistency are one of our goals so that we would be known as a useful role to the society.
