Rapid Feedback Module | Government of South Australia

A short snippet of the rapid feedback module created for the Government of South Australia. The concept was built to adhere to an established design system.

The birth of my concept work arrived off of the back multiple rounds of user testing, validating not only the necessity for a feedback form, but the positioning.

After collating user feedback and presenting the client a wealth of qualitative data, I created use cases and an insights report for senior stakeholders to sign off the work. As always, presenting solutions with data allowed the client side project team the opportunity to provide pain points and clear solutions.

The offset of feedback will be fed through to a client database to source consistent user feedback, and allow data to drive continual growth and innovation within the SA Gov's digital space.
