It is impossible to imagine our life without sports and fitness. Do you perform any fitness activities? The purpose of a fitness app is to provide the user with instructions and examples of one or more types of exercise, physical activity, nutritional programs, or some other fitness topic. A study published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research says fitness apps do promote positive behavioral changes. Other research suggests that fitness apps definitely work, but are especially effective when they're personalized to the user. So I design this app screen to make fitness app users' life more simple and easy. I will publish more screens later.
