A story about a jokey who is very frustrated by his situation. He arrives at a club where a bookie, a rich man and a trainer are having dinner. They treat him like a child but all he wants is to be acknowledged and treated fairly. The entire time he's anger is almost at the tipping point but he never let's it go too far, even though you really want him to.

About the project: This is the seventh cover of my illustrated series of 50 classic short stories with a modern twist. I’m reading 50 Great Short Stories published by Bantam Books and making my version of the covers for each story as a personal project with the goal of expanding my portfolio and book cover design skills.
