Aguara Pope Website (screenshot #1)
(2021) Website developed for a Uruguayan NGO working in education and conservation of marine mammals and wetland ecosystems.
The website was developed in Node/Express with Bootstrap 5 styles combined with some custom CSS. For dynamic content it's linked in the back-end to Google Sheets which the NGO already used to manage their data (and found very convenient, and cost-efficient vs. a full-blown DB solution). It uses Chart.js for basic plotting of Google Sheets data and a number of npm modules for security, etc. Optimised and secured to score straight A's in WebPageTest.
I helped the NGO arrange domain registration as well as free hosting and DNS.
